The license of ConfigEx is perpetual, a perpetual license allows you to use the licensed software indefinitely. For the first year, the perpetual license also entitles you to download all updates to the software and to receive technical support. Once a user pays the fee, the license can be used until the person no longer needs it, the software itself never expires and no features are disabled.

A. Due to the copyright nature of our software, we do not accept any returns or exchanges after a product has been purchased and activated.
